The App is not working with iOS 9.3. Please fix it!

ABSA have to be the most unprepared bank whenever an iOS update is issued. The last iOS updates have caused a complete crash on the App and it becomes useless and I useable until somebody in the IT department wakes up a week or two later. I would have thought that they would have learnt that iOS is regularly updated by now - but sadly not. Very frustrating.

Needs to be updated to work with the latest version of iOS released on 21.03.2016

Super annoying!

The app no longer works after the latest update to IOS9.3. Not good, ABBA.

But it makes sense because it belongs to the worst bank ever.

Excellent App like the other review said straight and to the point. Easy to use

App is not reliable - sometimes it works and other times not.

Quick to get into and do basic functions with. Cant do reoccurring payments which is annoying.

Absa app is about as useful as a springbok at a Japanese rugby game

User friendly,effective and efficient. Ive never experienced any problems with it.

App does not show available balances on loan accounts nor amounts yet to clear on credit card. Its just too basic with not enough functionality. Also took 5 tries to get the verification sent to my phone to get the app to work.

Currently Pre-paid Data bundles cannot be purchased via ABSA on all Service operators (only via other bank Apps)!? OTHERWISE I LOVE THIS APP! Simply because it provides my online Internet banking services "right in my hand" for "anywhere-anytime" QUICK transactions! Once verified & connected to my online banking service, I can quickly do transactions as-&-when needed, without a PC/laptop! I really like the fact that security is pre-verified (once-off) and then its much faster to do transactions via the phone. My new favourite App - stored prominently on my landing homepage... Thank you ABSA for some technological advancement!

ABSA. Why change screen orientation? Why so kid-like interface?

Had its problems initially, but is now an excellent App and a pleasure to use. First class for quick access to accounts and very easy on the eye. Only complaint is headings along bottom of screen are very difficult to read, when not lit, for someone like me with bad eyesite.

Functional app. Works well. I have a couple of bonking Apps and few are as good as this one. Easy to navigate and use and with verification process feels extra secure.

Especially awful on the iPhone
