Easy to use and very user friendly. Would love to have all functionality that we have in browser like seeing your pending credit card transactions.

Easy navigation and simple to use, truly a great app

Since this latest upgrade I cant manually type an email address or cellphone number in the sent notification block, it keeps going to my contacts even if I tell it not to. Then it says the number is the wrong format, fails to let me make the payment and then says "Sorry Success" very frustrating!

Ive never had any issues. Good app. This app gives you the ability to complete most banking transactions as per the Internet Banking website easily and quickly.

Very happy, works well most of times sometimes log on but no transactions can be actioned. Do all banking business via app only visit branch to pick up new cards when expired.

I can clearly see all the other reviews are from the people who work on this crappy app. I cannot wait to finish paying off my credit card so I can be rid of this atrocious "application". The login process is from 1800s. The payments are from 1700s. This app uses such archaic designs and has so many UX and UI design flaws. And I nearly got a job there, phew...

Easy to use

So much better than web-based versions

This app works well and allows me to do all my banking from anywhere. The app really has been polished and is working perfectly. Fast, efficient and accurate. I love that I can claim my ABSA rewards and easily transfer cash between accounts. It even shows my account balance on my Apple Watch! A must have for any ABSA internet banking customer.

With the iOS 9 upgrade my rating was low.

I use the ABSA App on my iPhone 6 or iPad Air more than any other way of interacting with the bank. Its very convenient to pay creditors, peruse statements, transfer between accounts and transact the normal day to day banking needs. It also has direct access to (in my case) Private Bank. I seldom need to use my laptop to do anything. The latest App update works perfectly for me.

Easy way to get simple banking needs met without having to set foot into a branch.
