Made my life a lot easier not having to go to atms to check balances etc. Get to manage all my accounts and transfer funds between them without any hassles.
This app started out ok, but now its giving me an error message: "Sorry. User already has 5 devices linked". I have only linked my iphone and iPad, but maybe rebooting my iPad and iphone made it think I was a new device or something, even though it initially allowed me to log on after my reboot…? Annoying, and no troubleshooting hints and tips that I can find anywhere on the ABSA site :( Even the "report a problem" link just takes one back to the main ABSA site, which is no help at all!
This app works very well.
Very convenient platform for on-the-go banking. However, there are often bugs, especially with buying airtime - which is most of what I would like to use the app for.

Not a bad app, but really needs to include the biometric data for login with apple products.
I really like how easy and simple this app is, but my only suggestion to make it even better would be to upgrade the interface to the new desktop interface.

Bad app,as it has part to register as first time user,but you cannot do this according to Absa online,so why is the function on the app,remove it if you cannot register via the app or if you can,train your consultant at Absa online help desk.
This app to worked just fine until a few months ago. Suddenly I cannot log in but I still get an SMS to say that I have successfully logged in. How bizarre??? The app also now will not work as it says "app will not work on a jailbroken phone" I have news for YOU my phone is brand new and I buy all my apps!!!!!!! DO NOT insult me when you cannot fix a problem! Yes I am the person who emailed the app team at ABSA to complain and inform them how useless and silly this app has become!!! THEY ALL SHOULD BE FIRED!!!! This app worked beautifully a year ago... What has suddenly changed? ABSA please take note customers are getting more and more frustrated!!

App thinks my device is jail broken after IOS9 update. It will not let me log in. Needs an urgent update.
Hi I recently updated to iOS 9. The app does not support this, I get a message saying I have a jailbroken device. Both iPad and iPhone. Please assist. Thanks
The app is ok but unusable because I upgraded to iOS9. Sending me an sms telling me not to upgrade because your app is not ready is astoundingly arrogant. iOS updates are regular and predictable. If you made a mistake why take weeks to update the app?
Running ios9 and does not launch anymore. Reason give that my phone is jail broken… I think not! Disappointing from a company that should have this type of service sorted beautifully.
Does not work with ios 9. Got a sms saying it wont work only 3 days after ios 9 released. A week and a half on and still no update! Shocking!
