App from Absa app good for

Very nice, uncluttered interface that does just what I want most of the time. Im using a 10" tablet and it feels good. Sometimes I need the big screen and a full browser interface but thats maybe because Im not fully aware of what the app can do.
Absa has failed again, to protect yourself from financial harm, they are only willing to accept payment and not help. In fact the only way I got this published is giving them a proper rating.
Functional app. Works well. I have a couple of banking Apps and few are as good as this one. Easy to navigate and use and with verification process feels extra secure.
ABSA have learnt to update their App before or immediately after iOS updates and their App works very well. I do all of my banking using it and hardly ever use the Web portal. Well done ABSA!
I really love this app, its solid and reliable. I enjoy its intuitive design and incredible security! Comparing it to my wifes desktop bank web page, its SO much better and wins hands down i.e. I can do things on my phone that she cant do on her desktop.
Its great. Its useful, its helpful. I really appreciate it. Its user friendly and easy to use.

Some bad moments

Horrible layout. More like a bad web page. Stupid registration. Only the morons at absa can create something this useless and ugly.
Fix your login process. Incredibly annoying having to enter a 16 digit account code every time. This should be saved / pre-populated and only the pin required to access the app. Look at how other banking apps have done this. Once logged in the process and interface is okay. Please and thank you.
Keyboard doesnt appear to enter SurePhrase so I cant use the app. Not surprised somehow, ABSA digital channels are not on par.
This app started out ok, but now its giving me an error message: "Sorry. User already has 5 devices linked". I have only linked my iphone and iPad, but maybe rebooting my iPad and iphone made it think I was a new device or something, even though it initially allowed me to log on after my reboot…? Annoying, and no troubleshooting hints and tips that I can find anywhere on the ABSA site :( Even the "report a problem" link just takes one back to the main ABSA site, which is no help at all!
Not a bad app, but really needs to include the biometric data for login with apple products.
Bad app,as it has part to register as first time user,but you cannot do this according to Absa online,so why is the function on the app,remove it if you cannot register via the app or if you can,train your consultant at Absa online help desk.
